Life imitating art

I have become a good Brewers fan since the Spring of 2003.
I am especially proud of Milwaukee baseball right now. Not because of anything our team has done (though they are on an up-swing), but because we have been able to bring life back to the game for the fans of Cleveland and Los Angeles.
The Commiss ("Bud") is a local fella, and was wise enough in the late '90's to add a retractable roof to the plans for his ball club (currently the only option in winter-impacted zones). And now that he is no longer the owner and soley the head-honcho of MLB, he can send 2 AL teams to Milwaukee in order to avoid SNOW. Can you believe it?! Just like in the film.
We might not have much right now, but we have a love for the game. 50,000+ in a 3 game series for 2 out-of-market teams. If I were an f-ing Cubs fan, I'd say that we deserve your respect. But, I am a Milwaukeean. We just say, "have another."
Go Brewers.
